RIT Dubai and Touch Points team up in strategic partnership

Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai (RIT Dubai) and Touch Points, a learning and development solutions company have recently announced a collaborative partnership which will lead to short courses, workshops and diploma programs focusing on organizational excellence and people development offered to companies across the UAE and internationally.

The partnership marks the launch of RIT Dubai’s Outreach Training Division, that would be leveraging on the two organization’s respective strengths.  The division will combine RIT Dubai’s leading expertise in organizational excellence, technology and innovative learning with Touch Points’ complementary skills in instructions design, strategic management and its Neuro-link (neuroscience of learning) suite of products to offer a range of innovative corporate learning opportunities.

Combining  state-of-the art facilities and teaching from world renowned instructors, the Outreach Training Division will offer a suite of certified programs in Organizational Strategy Development and Execution, Innovation, Sustainability and Smart City Solutions, Happiness and Generosity, HR and Employee Engagement and People Development utilizing neuroscience based programs covering emotional intelligence, well-being, stress resilience and management, brain-based team building and communication and brain fitness programs for optimizing workplace performance.

Commenting on the partnership, Dr Yousef Al-Assaf, President of RIT Dubai said: “We’re extremely excited about teaming up with Touch Points to offer a range of programs which will have a real impact on the way businesses operate across the UAE and further afield. We’re going to be utilizing some fascinating technology within the delivery of the programs, including edu-gaming and knowledge rooms, to add a new dimension to participants’ learning experience. Use of Smart mobile applications will also help learners adopt the techniques they’ve learnt in class in the workplace.”
