End of Winter Quarter

(February 18 2007) Written by: Cory Gregory

These past couple weeks have been extremely busy. Coming into the tenth and final week of the quarter, the majority of the projects I was given were either due last week or are due this week. I've been so stressed out this quarter. I have four 4-credit courses and two 1-credit courses, and out of all the classes, I think the two 1-credit classes are the most stressful. Being 1-credit courses, the instructors should only give 1/4 the work that instructors give in 4-credit courses, but do they? No. I had a project in one of those classes that I had to go back for an additional two days to complete the project. It's too much stress for a grade that doesn't effect your GPA that much.

My schedule for this quarter is really crappy, too. It sucks having my first class of the day beginning at 8 AM and my last class of the day ending at 6 PM. It's such a long, stressful day. Especially since I don't have many breaks in between classes and work. Luckily, my schedule for next quarter is a little better. I don't have any classes before 10 AM and I only have four 4-credit courses and a gym class. I got lucky since the Computer Science III course I was suppose to take from 8 to 10 AM was cancelled because not enough people signed up for it. I had to rearrange my schedule to fit another CSIII course in but it all worked out.

I've been lazy and haven't posted my "sign of the week" for a while but once this quarter is over and I have more free time, I will make sure I do. I'll be sure to post again in a couple days.
