Roll me to class, please
Yesterday was Taste of RIT, which is sponsered by United Way. (They raise money for sick people, organ transplants and such) Approximately 30 Rochester-area resturants brought their specialties to RIT for everyone to sample. For $6, I literally ate until I could eat no more. There was lobster ravoli, salmon, crab cakes, pulled pork, gormet hot dogs, cheesecake, pies, ice cream, soup, pancakes, tilapia, tacos....etc. After about 45 minutes, I felt like one of those Weeble-Wobbles you played with as a kid...they're so round they don't fall down. I rolled myself to class and to the gym afterwards, and then...
I went to the Biological Research Sciences building dedication, where I proceed to consume more free food. Seriously, sometimes I think the main reason our gym is so nice is to compensate for the fact that we not only have a Ben and Jerry's on campus, but we have soooo much free food, all the time. Not that I'm complaining, I just wish I could hire somebody to roll me to class.
