We’re Preparing for Visitors!
There has
been a flurry of activity in our office this week! We mailed close to 4,000
financial aid awards to prospective freshmen! Now that the dust has settled a
little, we’re preparing to meet with families tomorrow during the first of two admitted
student Open Houses. Families with questions about their financial aid award
can schedule a time to meet with a Financial Aid Counselor tomorrow. Of course,
we’re available for appointments or calls any time (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm).
Our counseling staff is broken down by college. So, each student has a
designated financial aid counselor. You can find your counselor’s name and
contact information at http://www.rit.edu/emcs/financialaid/contact.html.
Next week,
we’ll start mailing financial aid awards to prospective transfer students in
addition to more freshmen awards going out! And then we’ll meet with families
during our 2nd Open House on April 3rd.
I’m so glad
to see that the weather forecast is bright for our visitors tomorrow – near 60!
