Hey Y'all! That's right there are some southerners who choose to come to Rochester. My name is Jacob and I am from the great city of Nashville, TN. I am a fourth year Packaging Science major, with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Communication; and outside the classroom I love to stay busy and involved with the many commitments i make. In addition to school you can find me as a brother of Phi Kappa Psi, a member of IoPP, and a proud member of the Corner Crew, cheering on our nationally ranked Men's Hockey Team that went all the way to the Frozen Four in Detroit my freshman year! I went to Detroit and it was a great time. That's mostly it about me, but hopefully we will see you around RIT, whether it is just to visit or as a student and I hope that everyone else bleeds Orange as well!

Why did you choose RIT:	According to one of my college guidebooks, RIT students were described in three types: Hockey Players, Photographers, and Engineers. Funny, I am all three of those. I guess it was the right fit. I have played hockey since 5 and am a huge fan of the RIT Hockey team, I have been taking pictures since 10, and also the Packaging program got me interested even more. And I love the bricks, it reminds me of home.
