Time flies when you're having fun...or when you're so busy you actually have to schedule shower time. It's currently week seven.
This past weekend was Brick City Weekend which is our homecoming/parents weekend. Some fun things included Bill Nye the Science Guy and Jimmy Fallon. I wasn't able to go to Bill Nye and my family skipped Jimmy Fallon and went to get dinner at the Distillery with Jessyca. After that we came back to campus and did the arts and craft thing while my parents went to a little jazz concert. It was a fun time and it was nice seeing my parents.
I would like to say the quarter is winding down, bt it is most definitely not. Winter registration begins this week. I should probably figure out what classes I want to take. There is a also a big hockey game this weekend at Blue Cross Arena. As much as I love the RIT rink and home games, Blue Cross games are amazing. Blue Cross Arena is located in Rochester and it can seat 12,000 people. Last year we had a game against Cornell there.
If you have some free time this weekend, come visit RIT!! It works out perfect. Drive up Saturday, come to the hockey game, then attend an open house on Sunday. I wonder if they planned to coincide with the hockey game...
