RIT Behind The Scenes: Season 3

(January 08 2013) Written by: Kevin Granger in RIT Behind The Scenes

It’s that time of year again. Not Christmas, not summer vacation, but it’s time for the next season of RIT Behind The Scenes!

RIT Behind The Scenes, Season 3, debuts Thursday, January 14th.

We’ve got a lot of fun new stuff for you this season, and we’re excited to share it with you.

Requests, anyone?

When we started with the series, it was a little hard to know how much people were liking it. Sure, there were YouTube view counts, but that’s just some number. Starting the following year, people started recognizing us on tours. People were watching! Perfect! But this year had the most noticeable effect. Numerous students mentioned the series during orientation, and we asked for their feedback.

A lot of the episodes we’ll be doing this season are based off of student requests! We hope that if you had the same questions they did, they’ll be answered during this season.

Ain’t Nothin’ But a Number

When we first started out, there were only five of us on camera at a time. But each year, our team has grown and grown. Last year we tried to keep only five people on camera, and plan accordingly in terms of people leaving for co-ops, etc. But like Commissioner Gordon complained about in The Dark Knight Rises, structures have become shackles.

That’s why we’re dropping the 5, and keeping the RIT Students. From here on forward, we’re #RITStudents!
