Your blog is really helpful for me as it describe the thing very simply and easy to understand for a new person in the market.
For many college students, this is the time of the year that they are cramming for finals. But since RIT is on a quarter system, we are only entering the third week of the second quarter. RIT students had our first set of exams the week before Thanksgiving, so there is no need for final cramming at this time. As for my twin sister, she just finished her finals from her college (SUNY Plattsburgh). After being home from about 5 hours, she decided to pack her things up again and make the trip out here to RIT.
Right now, I should be studying for my classes or catching up on my homework, but instead I am catching up with her. The hardest part of first leaving for college last year was bring away from my sister. Every time we see each other, we usually just spend hours gossiping about our lives. This time is a little different from the other visits, because I just saw her two weeks at Thanksgiving. But my sister has finished her finals and now has 6 weeks off for her in between semester break from school.
Another thing about my sister is that she loves coming up to RIT. This is already her second visit this year. My friends always joke that she should just go to school here, but she does love her school up in Plattsburgh. She just has a lot of long weekend breaks and time off in the winter. What better way to spend your days off than visiting you twin at RIT?
