Visit Request Form

Thank you for your decision to visit the Rochester Institute of Technology! This page will assist you in scheduling a variety of activities with us and will allow you to build an itinerary for your visit.

Please click on the date you would prefer.  The dates that we currently have available are shown in orange.  Unavailable dates are shown in black.  Click on a date to view that day’s specific activity availability. 

Requests are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.  If submitted after these posted times, your request will be processed on the next business day.  Once received, a representative will contact you within 2 business days via email to confirm the details of your visit.

Keep in mind that your requested time and date is NOT confirmed until you have received a written confirmation from us! Therefore please do NOT make any travel arrangements or further plans until you receive our notification.

Any groups that consist of 5 or more students please contact our office to make special arrangements.
