Life Lessons Scholarship - For Student Who Have Suffered The Loss Of A Parent

To enter, visit between 9:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 1, 2016 and 4:00 p.m. ET on March 1, 2016 (the “Entry Period”) and complete and submit the online application form, including an essay of no more than 500 words or video entry of no more than 3 minutes describing the financial and emotional challenges you have experienced as a result of the death of a parent or legal guardian. You must explain how the lack of adequate life insurance coverage (or no coverage at all) impacted your family’s financial situation. Comment specifically on how things might have turned out differently for you and your family if the person who died had adequate life insurance coverage. Also indicate what you have done to provide for yourself and/or other family members because of financial challenges your family has faced.
