Indiana Black Expo Scholarship Program
The IBE/CCC Scholarship Program is designed to encourage the pursuit of higher
education for Indiana residents. The scholarships are funded by proceeds from the Circle
City Classic Football Game and are payable upon recipient’s full-time enrollment in a
post-secondary institution. Over $1,000,000 has been awarded to students since 1984.
