Faculty/Staff Access Request

 

RIT Staff and Faculty, there are two options we have for you to gain access to information:

1. Co-op Evaluation and Co-op Work Report Database (key staff and faculty only).

2. Student View of RIT Job Zone (key faculty only).

 

Co-op Evaluation and Co-op Work Report Database

If you are in a position to monitor and/or grade a student after they complete their co-op, then you are eligible to access our Co-op Evaluation and Student Co-op Work Report System. Just complete the online form below and submit your request. We will set up an account for you so you can use the it in the future.

Co-op Evaluation and Student Co-op Work Report System Features include:

Co-op Status - View list of students who have registered and/or reported their co-op

Co-op Evaluations - View evaluations employers have submitted after a student has completed a co-op 

 

Student View of RIT Job Zone

Faculty, you may be interested in viewing the jobs being posted for students you work closely with. Job Zone is the part of our site where we post job (co-op, full-time, internships) listings, on campus interview opportunities, career fair details and more. If you would like us to set up a limited "student" Job Zone account for you -- it will allow you to login through the student page to search through jobs, events and more just like RIT students and alumni do. Just make that selection on the online form below and submit your request.
