Post job positions

One of the best ways to connect with the talent you seek is to post positions in advance of the career fair. Log in to Career Connect and select “Create Job Posting.” Please submit job positions at least one week prior to the fair to ensure they will be posted in Career Connect before the event.

Review/add representatives attending

Please make sure your registration includes the contact information of each representative who will attend the career fair. Log in to Career Connect to view and change your registration information. Registered representatives will be emailed a unique QR code for check-in.

Pay outstanding balances

To confirm your space at the career fair, outstanding balances must be paid one week prior to the fair. Outstanding balances can be paid at https://rit.edu/careerservices/payments. Ensure representatives can speak to your majors and job opportunities listed

Please review the majors listed for your organization with the representatives who will be in attendance. It is helpful for them to be aware of opportunities outside of the disciplines they may represent.

Get ready for check-in

A few days prior to the career fair, a QR code will be emailed to registered representatives. We ask that representatives have this QR code ready on their phones for admittance to the Gordon Field House.
