There are many agencies that can assist you in the search. Some of these programs can assist you with getting work permits, visas, health insurance http://www.travel.state.gov\medical.html or provide you with information about companies within the countries. See below for some work abroad programs.
CDS International: A customized program for RIT students, which include start dates for all quarters. Single and double block co-ops are available. The program will cost each student $500, some financial assistance is available
• Germany: Provide students with the opportunity to complete a co-op. All positions are paid and are available in Business, Hospitality, Information Technology and Engineering.
• Spain: Provide students with the opportunity to complete a co-op in a variety of fields. All co-ops are unpaid. However, host companies will be asked to provide some form of non-monetary compensation, such as free housing, meals, and/or public transportation to and from work.
• Argentina: Provides students opportunities in either Buenos Aires or Córdoba, Argentina. Unpaid placements are available in Business, Hospitality: hotel management/tourism, Information Technology and Engineering. Two program options are available: a 4-week Spanish language course and an 8-week internship with an Argentinean company (Combination Language/Internship Option) or a 12-week internship with a host company.

IAESTE
The IAESTE Internship Program places university students into
paid technical internships in approximately 40 of our 80+
member-country network. Internships are open to college sophomores,
juniors, seniors, and graduate students pursuing a degree
in science, engineering, mathematics, architecture, computer
science, or other technical fields. Non-U.S. citizens studying
at American universities are also encouraged to apply. The
majority of internships are 8 to 12 weeks during the summer,
but longer placements of up to one year may also be available.
Language skills are not required, but are preferred. Please

Internship Programme: Offers young Americans with a bachelors degree the opportunity
to pursue a 12-month internship in the business environment
of a London based organization. The internship year offers
practical experience through participation and training in
business, while also developing international and cross-cultural
awareness through residence in Britain. Formal training is
delivered through evening seminars and residential study weekends,
held at a variety of locations in the U.K.
