Accounting Career Fair

Interview Day 

There will be an optional Interview Day on Friday, September 13, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in Bausch and Lomb Center open to employers attending the career fair. Employers may set up individual interviews with students during the career fair.

Employer Information

Registration

Register for the Accounting Career Fair through Career Connect beginning Monday, July 1. A Career Services coordinator will work with your organization to determine whether the event is a good fit or if other options better support your recruiting goals.

Fees

The registration fee is $350 for the fair and includes two recruiters, a six-foot skirted table, and lunch for attending representatives. Additional representatives are $25 per person, up to six representatives.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and is required to secure your space.

  • If an employer cancels their career fair registration 30 days or more before the event, their credit card will be reimbursed through the Nelnet system. 
  • If cancellation requests are received within 30 days or less of the event, fees will not be refunded.
  • Unless a cancellation notice is received 30 days or more before the event, employers with confirmed registrations are responsible for the registration fees regardless of attendance or payment status. Future RIT Career Services event attendance may be restricted until all outstanding balances have been received.
Before Fair

If you plan to ship your display materials in advance, plan to have your materials arrive no earlier than 2 weeks prior to the event and no later than the day prior to the event.

It is advised to track your packages a few days before the event to assure their arrival. Pre-addressed shipping labels (Avery #5168) can be downloaded here, otherwise copy and paste the address below.

Shipped materials will be delivered to your booth the morning of the career fair. Please DO NOT send packages to the Gene Polisseni Center.

After Fair

Have return shipping labels filled out and ready to place on all packages you wish to ship back after the career fair. These items will be shipped out the morning after the career fair, provided that all necessary information is included on the shipping label.

Parking for the Gene Polisseni Center will be at U Lot. Parking passes will be sent prior to the event via email. A campus map is available at maps.rit.edu.

If traveling from out of town, consider using UBER, LYFT, or a hotel shuttle service when possible.
