Registration Form

Students wishing to apply for college credit must complete a registration form and send it with a check for the tuition to the address indicated on the form.

Students who complete the course in the spring must register before Nov. 15 of the year in which they took the course. Students finishing the course in December have until the following Nov. 15 to register.

PLTW students who register for college credit will receive a grade report at the end of the quarter in which they apply.
