RIT grants certified schools $20 for each student that registers for RIT college credit. About February of each year, the primary PLTW contacts from certified schools will receive a check equaling the number of students who registered for RIT credit (between January and December) times $20. These grants are intended to be earmarked for use in the school’s PLTW program.
