Fulbright

Description: The Non-U.S. Student Fulbright Program is designed to give master's and doctoral candidates, and developing professionals opportunities for international experience, personal enrichment and an open exchange of ideas with citizens of other nations. The Fulbright Program supports educational exchanges that strengthen understanding and communication between the United States and over 140 countries. Foreign students apply for Fulbright Fellowships through the bi-national Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassies in their home countries.

The Ford Foundation

Description: The Ford Foundation's International Fellowships Program (IFP) provides graduate level fellowships to exceptional non-U.S. nationals. Fellows will be selected based on their leadership potential, academic achievements, and commitment to social change. IFP encourages applicants from diverse social groups and communities who may not have access to higher education in their own countries.
The Africa-America Institute

Description: For 50 years AAI has focused on providing Africans with opportunities for higher education and advanced professional training. AAI mobilizes resources and administers programs which enabled over 20,000 Africans to pursue advanced degrees and technical training in fields ranging from finance, business, and public administration to agriculture, education, public health and natural resource management.

a more convenient process for students to attend RIT.
How to apply
Students applying for graduate study must have a four year baccalaureate degree,
or the U.S. equivalent from an accredited college or university (click
here for Bachelor degree equivalents for your country).
