| US Marine Reservist Cpl. Ezenwa "Nelson" Oparah received the National Student Loan Program award from Jeff Kaye (far right) of the New York State Division of Veteran Affairs. Nelson is a recent electrical engineering technology graduate whose educational plans were interrupted by activation to Iraq. He is one of many RIT Reserve Force members activated in support of our Nation's war on terror. |
