Whom should I contact for general or technical support?
Online Learning provides support to students Monday through Friday, and on weekends staff check and respond to both voice mail and email three times a day. For support you can contact the Online Learning by phone at 585-475-5089/5896 (TTY) or 1-800-CALLRIT (V/TTY) and by email at online@rit.edu. Online Learning also offers extended "Quarterly Startup" support services for students the weekend before classes begin. As an online learning student, will I have access to the on-campus library?
Yes. RIT's Wallace Library resources, including electronic databases, full-text articles, document delivery, electronic reserves and Interlibrary loan services, are accessible online.

Do online learning students have access to services for those with disabilities?
Yes. RIT is committed to making all programs and services accessible to students with disabilities. The Disability Service Office is here to promote equal access by providing you with accommodations you need in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
