  1. Whom should I contact for general or technical support?

    Academic Technology Support provides support to students Monday through Friday, and on weekends staff check and respond to both voice mail and email. For support you can contact the Academic Technology office by phone at 585-475-2551 or 1-800-CALLRIT and by email at online@rit.edu. Please check http://wallacecenter.rit.edu/tls/contact-us-meet-staff for the most up-to-date support hour information.

  2. As an online learning student, will I have access to the on-campus library?

    Yes. RIT's Wallace Library resources, including electronic databases, full-text articles, document delivery, electronic reserves and Interlibrary loan services, are accessible online.

  3. Do online learning students have access to services for those with disabilities?

    Yes. RIT is committed to making all programs and services accessible to students with disabilities. The Disability Service Office is here to promote equal access by providing you with accommodations you need in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have a disability that impacts the way you learn or perform on exams, you can register for services by visiting the website for the Disability Services Office.
