Student Personalized Portal

RIT’s Student Information System provides for the creation of personalized portal pages for prospective graduate students, online study students and students wishing to study part-time on campus. Creating your own personalized portal page with information tailored to your needs requires you to first submit a request for information which then will allow you to create your portal account.

This FREE portal account will allow you to:

  • Apply for admission
  • Track and monitor your application for admission and required credentials
  • Receive your admissions decision
  • Explore campus
  • Learn about upcoming events
  • Stay connected and comment on our student blog
  • Get the latest RIT news
  • And more...

Creating your account:

If you have previously received an email from us containing a link to create your myRIT portal account, use that link. That link is personalize for you based on information you provided when you submitted your inquiry. If you no longer have that email but would like to create your portal account, please contact our service desk at 585-475-HELP (4357) or by email at helpdesk@rit.edu.

If you have never received an email from us, you are likely not in our system and need to submit a request for information before creating your portal account. Once you complete and submit the form, follow the simple instructions to create your portal login account.
