Financial Aid
While the Veterans Services Office can assist with your VA benefits, we encourage all students to contact The Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships for assistance in identifying sources of additional aid beyond VA funding.
Students who qualify for NYS Veteran Tuition Awards (VTA) or Army National Guard, Air National Guard and New York Naval Militia benefits should utilize the below information to initiate funding.
- NYS Veteran Tuition Award: NYS Veteran Tuition Awards are administered through New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC). Information on eligibility and the application process can be found at http://www.hesc.com/content.nsf/SFC/New_York_State_Programs.
- National Guard & Naval Militia: Army National Guard, Air National Guard and New York Naval Militia eligibility and application process information can be found at http://dmna.ny.gov/education/education.php?page=rirp.
