RIT Yellow Ribbon Program
New RIT Students must submit the following documentation with your application:
- RIT Yellow Ribbon Program Application - (download application)
- Identification – any picture ID
- Veterans
DD214 (page 4)
- Dependents – Benefit Transfer Approval message
- VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE) or copy of VonApp Application & confirmation number
- If benefits were previously received – a copy of your last VA award letter
- Complete RIT Veterans Tuition Deferment - (download form)
- Transfer students must provide copies of the 22-1995/5495
Returning RIT Students must submit the following documents with the application each year:
- Returning Student Worksheet - (download worksheet)
- Copy of VA Last Award Letter
- RIT Veteran Tuition Deferment Form - (download form)
