Established Fairport bakery is seeking a baker assistant. Position will be approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. Hours may include evenings and/or weekends as needed. Duties will include primarily assisting with bakery production. Additional duties will include dish washing, tending to storefront, and running our farmers' market booth as needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be a self starter, detail oriented, able to follow large scale formulas/recipes, and have a general understanding of commercial bakery equipment. Previous bakery experience, culinary degree, and/or cake decorating experience is a plus but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
