Crossroads Café & Market is now hiring! To assist full time staff and management in the daily running of a full service dining facility. Various positions include: grill cook, grill server, deli shop, pasta/pizza cook or server, Asian stir fry (Jump), salad server, salad prep, cook prep, dishwasher & dining room attendant. These are all display cooking stations where team playing and customer service are top priority.
Deli: Serving customers, preparing sandwiches & subs. Grill: Serving customers, taking orders, cooking all grill items including burgers, chicken, sandwiches and fried items. Food preparation and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Pizza: Preparing pizzas, serving customers, baking pizzas, food preparation and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Dining Room: Maintaining dining room area. Ensuring all tables are cleaned and chairs pushed in. Stocking all utensils and napkins. Keeping floor free of debris, cleaning all spills. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Dishwashing: Washing, rinsing and sanitizing all pots and pans. Recycling all glass, plastic and cardboard. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Prep: Assists in prepping all food service. Maintaining the walk-in cooler and a clean and sanitary work environment. Jump: Sautee entrees, serve and clean up.
Customer service skills. No prior food service experience needed, but it is helpful.

The Cantina is a fast paced work in a friendly environment. The Cantina is hiring in various positions in the restaurant. Positions to include: food preparation, production and service. Dining Room Attendant, Dishwasher and Cashier.
Food preparation: cutting, dicing, slicing etc of fresh vegetables, fruits and meats. Production and Serving: Producing customers food in front of them in an efficient, courteous manner. Dining Room Attendant: The cleaning of tables and beverage counters. Floor sweeping and trash removal. Filling napkins, cups, plastic ware, etc. in beverage area. Dishwasher: cleaning and proper storage of all dishes. Assist with dining room duties. All to be done in a safe and sanitary manner.
Excellent customer service. Ability to follow directions. Ability to follow a recipe. Ability to work with others as well as independently.
Prior food service experience is helpful.
