Position Summary

Crossroads Café & Market is now hiring! To assist full time staff and management in the daily running of a full service dining facility. Various positions include: grill cook, grill server, deli shop, pasta/pizza cook or server, Asian stir fry (Jump), salad server, salad prep, cook prep, dishwasher & dining room attendant. These are all display cooking stations where team playing and customer service are top priority.


Essential Functions

Pizza: Preparing pizzas, serving customers, baking pizzas, food preparation and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Dining Room: Maintaining dining room area. Ensuring all tables are cleaned and chairs pushed in. Stocking all utensils and napkins. Keeping floor free of debris, cleaning all spills. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Dishwashing: Washing, rinsing and sanitizing all pots and pans. Recycling all glass, plastic and cardboard. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Prep: Assists in prepping all food service. Maintaining the walk-in cooler and a clean and sanitary work environment. Jump: Sautee entrees, serve and clean up.


Skills Required

Customer service skills. No prior food service experience needed, but it is helpful.

Skills Preferred

Knowledge of Golisano, CIMS and cage area are helpful. Shows a level of responsibility to go with job.
