This position focuses primarily on assistance related to processing new memberships and general office support duties. When time permits, may also involve assisting the Director of Communication in the print, web, and social media efforts of Alpha Lambda Delta, and cultivating relationships with current and potential institutions.
-Assist in daily office operations by answering phones, printing certificates, sorting lapel pins, etc. -Digitize and organize Alpha Lambda Delta files, creating an online archive -Assist in social media marketing campaigns -Research institutional contacts and create a database of potential colleges/universities
Please note: We are looking for someone to start in the summer, but that is not required. This can primarily be a fall 2016 and spring 2017 position.

Sarphatie Education, Inc. has an opening for a position as our company front office coordinator. You would report to the President of the company, for all front office support in a very busy, fast-paced office environment. Our office has tasks that change on a daily basis, and we are looking for someone eager to multitask and prioritize effectively, who can utilize excellent organization and communication skills, as well as an individual with a strong work ethic. Essential duties and responsibilities: - 3 days a week -- hours will be determined by your course schedule - Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Mac operating system including but not limited to: Word, Excel, and database management. - Manage record keeping, create and upkeep centralized filing system into online server, maintain contractual and work history document files. - Manage written and verbal communication with clients regarding appointments and questions for the President. Follow up with clients on an almost daily basis. - - Other duties include: fielding client inquiries and questions, conducting research for clients, answering phones, building multiple daily calendars and schedules for employees, keeping the president organized as well as informed. - MUST be friendly, professional, well spoken, possess the ability to work with team members to ensure company interests, and be a hard worker. Written communication is an essential skill.
- Third year or higher college level status - Experience with at least some administrative tasks - Experience with the Mac Operating System is necessary. - Oral/written communication skills. - Have your own transportation, reliability and have the ability to WORK HARD! This is a business casual work environment.
