Role of IT
The Bausch & Lomb Information Technology organization provides the global technology foundation that supports the company's sales, manufacturing, operations and corporate functions. The IT organization is a strategic component of developing, deploying, and supporting world-class applications in our international business environment.
In addition, the IT organization monitors and tunes system performance and capacity, administers security, and manages our service desks which handles problems and incidents.
