Concessions at the Gene Polisseni Center

What’s on the menu when the Gene Polisseni Center opens in the fall?

There’s so much to choose when it comes to the wide selection of food and beverages at the Gene Polisseni Center! Fans can enjoy traditional arena fare, as well as plenty of custom creations prepared by RIT’s Brick City Catering. A wide variety of menu options will be available at either of the two permanent locations, as well as at the numerous portable stands located throughout the concourse.  All concession stands accept cash, credit and debit cards, and Tiger Bucks.  A complete list of menu items for each location will be listed as the grand opening gets closer!

Permanent Concession Locations

The Gene Polisseni Center will feature two permanent concession locations: the East concession on the lower level and the South East concession on the upper level of the concourse. 

Each of these concession stands will feature a wide variety of items, suitable for any appetite. Such menu items will include fan favorites such as chicken fingers, sandwiches, hot dogs, snacks, coffee, hot chocolate and more!

Mobile Stands

Multiple mobile kiosks will be located throughout the concourse area, featuring more unique chef creations and local restaurant favorites. 

Club Level and Luxury Suite Catering

Brick City Catering will be the exclusive caterers of both the Club Lounge and the luxury suites. A custom a la carte menu will be available for guests enjoying the luxury suites. The Club Lounge area will feature a rotating buffet-style menu for fans to enjoy. Sample menus of the custom buffet menus will include:

BBQ Night

  • House smoked, hand pulled sliders
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • BBQ smokehouse beans
  • Seasonal vegetable
  • Tomato cucumber salad
  • House made slaw
  • Cornbread and accompaniments
  • Assorted dessert bard with whole fruit 

Burger Night

  • Certified Angus Beef Burgers
  • Turkey Burgers
  • Veggie Burgers
  • Signature FRITes
  • Beer battered onion rings
  • Tortellini pasta salad with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, and pesto
  • Smoked gouda potato salad with carmelized onions
  • Assorted cheeses and accompaniments
  • Cookies and brownies with whole fruit 

Prime Rib Night

  • Carved prime rib with au jus
  • Greens and beans over rice
  • Roasted garlic mashed potato
  • Bourbon glazed brussel sprouts
  • Kale salad with cranberry winaigrette
  • Traditional Caesar salad
  • Artisan rolls with accompaniments
  • Mini assorted cheesecakes with whole fruit 

Pasta Night

  • Penne with Sicilian pomodoro sauce
  • Totellini with peas, mushrooms, bacon, and asiago cream
  • Balsamic rosemary chicken with tomato and fresh mozzarella 
  • Tuscan roasted broccoli
  • Garden salad with balsamic and buttermilk ranch dressing
  • Antipasto with Italian cured meats, olives, peppers, and accompaniments
  • Parmesan bread sticks, grated cheese, and crushed red pepper 
  • Cannolis and creme puffs with whole fruit 

Turkey Night

  • Hand carved turkey breast with gravy
  • Quinoa stuffed acon squash 
  • Roasted red potatoes
  • Green beans almondine
  • Apple fennel salad with lemon vinaigrette
  • Roasted sweet potato salad 
  • Artisan rolls with accompaniments
  • Assorted dessert bards with whole fruit

Wing Night

  • Regular and Boneless Wings with assorted sauces
  • Sourdough grilled cheese with New York State cheddar 
  • Housemade season potato chips 
  • Wedge salad with buttermilk ranch dressing 
  • Quinoa salad with feta, spinach, and red onion 
  • Blue cheese and celery 
  • Cookies and brownies with whole fruit
