Quite simply, Wii is for everyone. The ease of use and interactivity of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk allows for a unique social gaming experience for your department or event. Wii Sports allows for competition between players and may be organized for team building skills.

Chair Massage Therapy Program

RIT’s Better Me Employee Wellness program has teamed up with Peace Partners to bring all RIT employees a Chair Massage Therapy program.  Employees have the opportunity to schedule a 10, 15, or 20-minute chair massage every Thursday between 11:00pm - 3:00pm by using the online scheduling system or by calling (585) 203-0265

All Excellus members have access to the free, award-winning smoking cessation program Quit For Life. You and a Quit Coach will design a plan that includes: One-on-one phone sessions, toll-free access 7 days a week, medication recommendations, if appropriate, free nicotine replacement therapy delivered to your home, and a Quit Guide to help you stay on track.
