If you need extra accountability & motivation, Better Me offers personal training services for individuals or small groups. With the right personal trainer, you’ll develop a routine focused on the most effective ways to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Group Training (Max of 4 participants per session /instructor)
Single session = $45
Five sessions = $200
Ten sessions = $380
Single session = $45 plus $5 per each additional participant
Five sessions = $40 plus $5 per each additional participant
Ten sessions = $38 plus $5 per each additional participant

1) Decide what package and trainer are right for you.
2) Fill out the appropriate paperwork and return them to Alicia Johnson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Based on the pre-assessment documation, some clients may need to fill out the Physician Clearnace form.
3) Payments are processed through Tiger Bucks. You can add funds to your account by logging on to http://www.rit.edu/eservices/.
4) Once the paperwork and funds have been collected you can start your Personal Training sessions. Your personal trainer will work with you to customize the days and times that work best with your schedule.
