RIT Recreational Cycling Group
With riders of all abilities, this group sponsors non-competitive social rides once a week, usually on one of the many trails in the area. To learn more about riding with the group check out the group's FAQ, or send an e-mail to Joe Pow at firstname.lastname@example.org. Protect yourself and your loved ones and take the following Safety Tips into consideration before riding.

RIT Running Group-Wednesday's Children
This group includes runners of all abilities meeting weekly on Wednesday morning for a campus run (leaves about 7am each Wednesday morning from S LOT). For more information please e-mail Peter Haggerty at email@example.com or visit the Wednesday's Children web site.
Rochester Nature Trails
Maps and information are available for the Lehigh Multi-use Trail and RIT bicycle programs for use by members of the RIT community who commute by bicycle or ride for recreation.
RIT Interactive Adventures: Indoor Rock Climbing
Located in the Red Barn (Building 80), RIT offers quarterly memberships and day passes. Rock climbing shoes are required and may be rented if you don’t have your own.
