Coping With Change
This 1-hour interactive session focuses on how we react to change and healthy ways in which we can deal with it.
The issues of change in the workplace, or in our personal lives can be very disconcerting. Our world is programmed for change. The main objective in this course focuses on our reaction to change; including why change makes us feel the way we do and healthy ways in which we can effectively deal with change that we may have no control over.
