Crucial Conversations: A Sampler

Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking when the Stakes are High, by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillian and Al Switzler, is a course that teaches how to create alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high stakes, emotional or risky topics, at all levels of our organization.  This activity – focused session gives participants a sample of the full 16 hr. course.  Along with seeing the crucial conversations model in its entirety, this activity-focused session gives participants the opportunity to learn what creates a crucial conversation and practice 2 of the 16 skills described throughout the full course.
