Workshop I: Managing Your Career at RIT

This session gives participants the opportunity to determine their personal skills, interests, and values. This essential first step in the career development process is critical in finding where you fit within the organization, and through self assessment, will give you a better understanding of yourself, resulting in more satisfying personal and career goals, and an action plan on how to move forward.
