Workshop III: Mastering the Job Interview
Your interview for a position is your time to market yourself as a strong candidate and is a pivotal point in the job recruitment process. This session overviews basic interview skills and also describes the behavioral interview. Behavioral interviewing is an interviewing style that allows you to expand your answers; to detail specific situations that apply the question; base your answers on past performances and experiences. Behavioral interviews are common at RIT and understanding how you will be interviewed is the first step in progressing to the next step.
