Exploring Our Personal Diversity Character and Makeup

This workshop experience is positioned to assist the participants with a baseline opportunity to identify and explore some of the dimensions of their personal diversity and character. Further, this workshop experience will seek to introduce opportunity for each participant to experience some of the natural and inevitable conflict-challenges that emerge, both, from their engagement with their personal diversity makeup, as well as, those that are encountered through interpersonal interactions.

Facilitator Information: 

Joseph S. Brown is an independent organizational development consultant and educator. Mr. Brown has amassed over thirty plus years in, both, experience and (local and national) reputation, addressing a range of organizational and workplace issue. He has supported various types of organizational entities with their efforts to successfully leverage their organization’s diversity through the adoption of inclusive and conflict resolving workplace protocols, behaviors, and attitudes; ultimately creating enhanced individual and team performance. Mr. Brown is also a certified mediator and trainer. In this capacity he mediates organizational conflict challenges within the Seventh Judicial District of N.Y., as well as, with the federal government where he is currently assigned to the U.S. Postal Service.
