Harassment and Discrimination Training

RIT's Harassment & Discrimination training is designed to further your understanding about this important topic and to provide a means to explore this sensitive and often complex issue in depth. It is particularly exciting for us to make the policy and procedures available in a format that is easily accessible to all RIT faculty and staff via technology, and that provides information with consistency.

Because we believe that a clear understanding of the policy is fundamental to the safety and well being of each and every member of the university community, all RIT employees are required to complete the program.

This course is offered in an instructor led and online format.
