In this course, learn more about your role and responsibilities as a supervisor. This program details what can result from both effective and ineffective management approaches in handling employee relations issues. Through dialogue, experience, teamwork and case studies, you will be give the opportunity to decide the most effective management approaches for handling employee relations issues. This session educates the supervisor where to find university policies and provides detailed discussion. This session is required for all RIT supervisors.
