Management & Leadership

The Center for Professional Development offers many courses that will provide you the qualities necessary to be a leader at this university. Please take advantage of these opportunities to hone your skills. As President Bill Destler notes, it is crucial for RIT to have strong leaders in management positions:

Management Fundamentals

These courses focus on essential management techniques and can be taken by any employee in a management position.  RIT requires all managers to take the following courses:  Absence Reporting Process for Supervisors, Employment Law Overview, and Internal Controls and Fraud in the Workplace.
