Return Policy

 


Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) business days of the purchase. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition. Merchandise must be in the original, sealed package; equipment must be unregistered and include all blank warranty cards, instructions, etc.


The original store receipt is required for all refunds/exchanges.


Refunds are made in the original form of payment. Purchases made with VISA, MasterCard or Tiger Bucks will be refunded to the same card number.


A Check may be issued by RIT for any cash refund in excess of $50.00.



The following items may not be returned or exchanged:



  • Computers, unsealed computer software, digital imaging equipment/software

  • Special order merchandise

  • Personally worn items such as ear buds and headphones

  • Perishable, pre-recorded or sensitized goods such as: DVDs, CDs, Audio/Video tapes, photographic paper, film or chemistry.


Phone order, Mail order and e-commerce customers should contact the store within seven (7) days of the receipt of merchandise for instructions on returning merchandise. Please call (585) 475-2211


A 10% restocking fee may be charged for items returned with open packages or items returned after seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Digital Den reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time.
