Requesting Your Event

Please order catering for your next event through our Catertrax website, a great tool that will allow you to track your orders, receive immediate cost estimates, view your order history, and create repeat orders. You may also use the 'online catering' link on right to start processing your order.

Alternatively, you may request your event in person by visiting our office located in the Student Alumni Union (SAU), suite A350, via interoffice mail, by fax (585)-475-5200 or by e-mail. All requests for catering service should be submitted a minimum of seven business days prior to the event. We welcome you to schedule an appointment to meet with us when planning large sessions, conferences, or special programs.

Reserving Your Room

Rooms must be reserved a minimum of two hours before and after an event for any event than exceeds 100 guests. Groups under 100 should have one hour before and after for set up and clean up. Please call one of the following numbers to reserve your room:

Room Set-Ups

Facilities Management can assist in your room set-up. The catering staff can advise you in determining the number of tables needed for your event. Catering staff cannot set up the room. If you are providing your own set-up, the room should be ready two hours prior to the event. Please provide Brick City Catering with detailed diagrams for any special room set-ups one week prior to the event.
