Gift Cards

Give the gift of food and treat your friend, student, professor, or co-worker to their favorite Dining Services location – perfect for birthdays, holidays, and to say “thank you” or “congratulations”! Click here to view our flyer.

Gift cards are available in amounts of $15, $25, and $40 and may be purchased using Tiger Bucks, cash, and Visa/Mastercard. Card balance may be obtained from any dining cashier.

Gift cards for any Dining Services location may be purchased at any of the following four locations: Artesano Bakery & Cafe located in Monroe Hall, The Corner Store located in Nathaniel Rochester Hall, A-level, Beanz located in Grace Watson Hall, and The Market at Global Village located in Global Village. RIT Employees – If you are purchasing gift cards using university funds in the form of an Invoice Payment Form or P-card, please follow the below instructions.

If you are paying via an Invoice Payment Form:

  • You must order the gift card(s) in advance either in-person at the Dining Services Systems Administrative Office located in the Student Alumni Union, A410 between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or via phone by calling 585-475-2071. The Dining Services Systems Administrative Office will prepare your gift cards packet and will notify you when it is ready for pick up.
  • When notified, pickup your gift cards packet from the Dining Service Systems Administration Office located in SAU, A410.
  • Upon purchase, please fill out a Gifts Given Form and attach the original receipt, indicate the method of payment (e.g., P-card statement, Invoice Payment form, etc.) and send one copy to the Payroll Office, GEM 6th Floor. Please call the Payroll Office (ext. 5-2418) with questions.

If you are paying via a P-card:

  • If you are purchasing less than five (5) gift cards, you may purchase the gift cards directly from any of the following four locations: Artesano Bakery & Cafe located in Monroe Hall, The Corner Store located in Nathaniel Rochester Hall, A-level, Beanz located in Grace Watson Hall, and The Market at Global Village located in Global Village.
  • If you are purchasing five (5) or more gift cards, you must order the gift
    card(s) in advance either in-person at the Dining Services Systems Administrative Office located in the Student Alumni Union, A410 between
    8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or via phone by calling 585-475-2071. The Dining Services Systems Administrative Office will prepare your gift cards packet and will notify you when it is ready for pick up at the location of your choice (either Artesano Bakery & Café, The Corner Store, Beanz, or The Market at Global Village).
  • Upon purchase, please fill out a Gifts Given Form and attach the original receipt, indicate the method of payment (e.g., P-card statement, Invoice Payment form, etc.) and send one copy to the Payroll Office, GEM 6th Floor. Please call the Payroll Office (ext. 5-2418) with questions.

Terms and Conditions of Dining Services Gift Cards

Dining Services gift cards are redeemable only for merchandise, food, and beverage items at all RIT Dining Services locations; it may not be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. There is no expiration date, however, unused balances are remitted to NYS after 5 years in accordance with Article 13 of the NYS Abandoned Property Law. RIT reserves the right to modify the terms of this card to comply with changes in applicable law.
