Gracie's is the largest dining facility on campus and provides a comfortable and lively atmosphere for students, faculty, and staff. Offering an all-you-care-to-eat concept, Gracie's serves three meals a day with the exception of Sunday when we offer brunch and dinner only. Reusable Take-out meals are available by returning a token to the cashier on duty.

Gracie's is committed to providing our students fresh, healthy meals and offers a variety of foods and meals that are prepared, cooked, and baked fresh daily!
Simply Eats - RIT’s amazing allergen friendly and vegan cuisine that focus on eliminating all "Big 8" allergens from our recipes. Allergens controlled for refer to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and finned fish. All menu items are gluten free as well. One or two meat options are available, but the remaining items are vegan.
We take many steps, from menu development, purchasing and receiving, production, cooking and serving to minimize the potential for cross-contamination. All recipes are available at the station for customer perusal. Everyone is free to enjoy the selection of foods—you won’t even notice what you are missing. Below are some examples:
- Meat option: Portuguese Turkey, Mojo Beef, Gluten Free Chicken Tenders, French Chicken, etc.
- Vegan option: Cilantro Potatoes, Sauteed Red Cabbage, Vanilla Sweet Potatoes, Quinoa with Herbs and Olives, etc.
Mongolian Grill - Fresh ingredients are prepared-to-order on a Mongolian grill offering a creative dining experience. In addition to being a popular Asian Stir Fry bar, other rotating favorites include Made To Order Quesadillas, Meat and Taters, (with the option to upgrade to a rib-eye steak!), Seafood, Cheesecake, and coming in Spring 2016, Bacon and Rösti!
Pizza - Freshly baked pizza with a variety of toppings. Cheese and Cheese & Pepperoni offered daily with a specialty pizza selection.
Salad Bar - Several choices of lettuce and a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Grill - Cooked-fresh-to-order Certified Angus beef burgers, grilled sandwiches, omelets, and other grill favorites.
Deli - Freshly baked sub rolls, sandwiches and wraps married with your choice of meats, veggies and toppings.
Rotating Specialty Menus - Chef prepared specials featuring home-style meals including smothered pork chops, French BBQ Chicken, Cajun-style seafood, as well as international cuisines offer variety and fun to the week.
Dessert Bar - Freshly baked delectable treats including cakes, muffins, pies, cookies, and a number of creative specialty items.
Waffle and Cereal Station - Make and top your own waffles. Variety of cereals and milks offered daily.
Special Meals - Gracie’s hold several Special Meals that commemorates holidays or follow a special theme. These popular meals include fun, gourmet offerings with live entertainment. See Special Meal calendar and themes for more details!
