A number of organizations host summer groups at RIT because of the exceptional facilities and services offered by the university. RIT Dining Services Summer Staff coordinates meal and dining accommodations for all summer conference guests and groups. Our mission is to succeed in providing guests an exceptional dining experience and we take pride in our outstanding customer service to group coordinators ensuring that all summer group dining needs are meet in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

The RIT Dining Business Services Office is located in the basement of the Student Alumni Union (SAU), room A520 near the GLBT office. Convenient parking is located in U-Lot and D-Lot (refer to our campus map for directions).
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please note the university and our office are closed on Memorial Day and Independence Day.
