Our Mission
At RIT Dining, we strongly believe that being apart of an institute of higher learning that we must continue to learn through our students, faculty, staff and partnerships that are aligned with our sustainability goals. We accomplish this through leveraging our resources and being a learning laboratory on campus and ultimately for our community.
Our Vision
Our goal is to be aligned in parallel with the universities mission to be carbon neutral by the year 2030. This will be accomplished by taking action within a number of categories: food sourcing, menu planning , recycling, composting, supporting local businesses, energy star equipment sourcing and efficient business practices to support our customers, faculty, staff and visitors of the RIT community.
