A new pedestrian quad will be created south of the GIS building in the former CIMS vehicular rotary. The improvements will include new pathways and a pedestrian plaza surrounding the existing fountain which will be retained and enhanced as part of the new design. Construction will be completed by the end of the calendar year 2012.
