Shear Global Salon is a privately owned and staffed salon offering full hair services for women and men, tanning bed, waxing, eyebrow sculpting, regular and Shellac gel polish manicure services, and hair care products - many of these services lower in price than surrounding salons! Stylists
Lynna Russo, owner/operator and master stylist of Shear Global Salon, has been a member of the RIT community for 20 years providing professional services to students, faculty, staff, and off campus clientele.
Full-time stylist Natasha Jeremenko specializes in men’s edge ups and also offers women's cuts. Natasha is available every day, except Fridays, during regular salon hours.
Nicole Paris offers full hair services for men and women during regular hours and has been a full-time stylist with RIT for 18 years.
Lisa Reilly is a master colorist specializing in foiling, as well as a spray tan technician. Spray tans take about 15 minutes and last approximately two weeks. Lisa is available on Wednesdays and Fridays during regular salon hours.
Amaris Vancuran is a professional stylist who specializes in Brazilian blow-outs, an all-natural straightening process that leaves hair 100% frizz-free and removes 60-70% of curl. Brazilian blow-outs are only $150 at Shear Global! Compare to $200 - $250 at surrounding salons. Amaris has limited availability. Call ahead for appointment.
Erin Safar is a professional stylist specializing in military hot shaves (sideburns and back of neck), as well as Brazilian blow-outs.
Whitney Prestley specializes in body waxing including Brazilian, bikini, arm, and full body. She is also a nail specialist offering gel and regular manicures, as well as a color specialist who formally trained with Bumble & Bumble.
Jesse Goodison is a nail specialist offering gel and regular manicures, as well as specializes in men's neck shaves and bikini waxing.
