Resources for locating non-RIT housing can be found by conducting a web search. Rochester offers many diverse types of housing. Urban style housing and living options are available in the city of Rochester, while suburban housing and living options are available close to RIT’s main campus.
Important note regarding Non-RIT housing: The Henrietta Town Code prohibits more than 3 unrelated people from living together in a single-family home. If you live with people who are not your relatives and rent or own a single-family home in Henrietta, this code may apply to you. This code does not apply to RIT housing or apartment complexes in Henrietta. For more information, contact Shawna Lusk, senior associate director Center for Campus Life, at (585) 475-4899.
