Mail should be removed from your mailbox on a daily basis. Mail that accumulates for more than 20 days will be removed and returned to sender.
Your mailbox cannot be used for the purpose of conducting, or soliciting business with the public. Fraternities, sororities and existing clubs may be an exception with prior permission from Residence Life and the Center for Campus Life.
Your mailbox cannot be shared with another individual without prior permission from the post office manager. The name on the card that you sign when you check-in is the only name that is allowed to be used on mail coming to your box. Mail addressed with any other name will be returned. Do not use parent's names on incoming mail, if something is billed to your parents it must be shipped in your name or in care of your name or mail will be returned.
Don't throw flyers, postcards or any mail that you do not want on the floors. There are recycling receptacles available.
