All IACA employees sign a Confidentiality Agreement and Professional Code of Ethics annually. Given the nature of its work, IACA's internal audit charter provides the auditors with unrestricted access to all University records, plans, policies, procedures, properties, and personnel. All sensitive information is appropriately safeguarded and handled confidentially.
